My story is like many others. My apartment, which I bought only 5 years ago, declined on value by 65% and my mortgage went upside down. I desperately tried to do loan modification (3 times), then tried to short sale – all unsuccessful. When I first met Katya I had no expectations and no trust in Real Estate agents/brokers/etc. At this point of time I already applied for deed-in-lieu of foreclosure. When Katya offered me to short sale the apartment I was more than skeptical. I did not want to waste any more time on this, but there was something in Katya that make me agree. When we decided to move to more family-friendly area, we immediately contacted Katya. Last year Katya sold our property; she did it very fast and stress -free and we were very happy with her services. This time I asked her to find a nice house for rent. Searching did not take a lot of time – we liked the first property we saw, but the approval procedure for the association was ridiculously long and bureaucratic. I think it is easier to pass security clearance for CIA than to get approval of this association. We wouldn’t have made it without Katya, she was on top of everything, checked every detail, contacted everybody who could possibly speed up the process.

We were trying to buy our vacation property in FL for two years before we started working with Katya. I found a property advertisement on line, which was Katya’s listing.
